Access Bars Therapy
Reset your nervous system. Quiet the mental noise. Return to calm.
Access Bars is a non-invasive technique that works with specific points on the head linked to different areas of life and stress patterns. When these points are gently held, the brain often shifts into slower wave states similar to deep relaxation. This allows the nervous system to move out of fight-or-flight and into regulation.

Why I’ve Introduced Access Bars Into My Practice
Whilst working with clients through deep emotional pain, trauma recovery, and personal reinvention, one truth has become clear: lasting transformation requires both the mind and the nervous system to feel safe enough to change. While coaching creates powerful cognitive and emotional shifts, many clients also need a gentle, non‑verbal way to quiet the mind, release stored tension, and soften the patterns that keep them stuck. I wanted to offer a modality that supports this — something calming, grounding, and deeply restorative.
Access Bars became that missing piece
I chose to integrate Access Bars because it aligns with everything I value in my work:
- Emotional safety
- Releasing limiting patterns
- Trauma‑informed presence
- Gentle, non‑invasive support
- Real, felt shifts that help people move forward
